Great post Alyson. Having had some of my best images stolen and having served several takedown notices, a photographer friend gave me a great suggestion of hidden watermarks. I do usually do at least 1mb images or they seem to look grainy. I usually hide my name within the image nowadays. Also, I have an idea for you. I met a local artist who just had a solo museum exhibit. He puts his thumbprint in his work. However, it didn’t work for me due to the way I paint.

Thanks for the valuable information Alyson. I am a notorious fb hanger outer where I am drawn to where I have ‘created’ where all the action is. With recent Mr Zuckerberg goings on, I am realising that I need to heed past advice and get my website busier…like, really focus on getting more active on there. I think it’s been a self worth thing and finally, I feel I/my work at http://www.tanyacolearts.com IS, worthy to promote and be truly SEEN.
